Clicking sound behind steering column above gas pedal

Hey all! New to your forum. Please let me know if I am posting incorrectly. Have owned my Civic Sport Hatchback 2020, got it new back when, and recently have been hearing clicking behind the steering column. I’ve had friends drive it but they say they don’t hear it or “it’s something in your trunk.” Luckily it Started clicking while driving today and my girlfriend was in the car and she handed me her phone. I recorded the sound.

And later. Checked under the steering column and saw this guy

Sounds like it’s doing what it’s supposed to be doing? But it seems like it’s gotten louder if it has always been making that sound?

I thought it had to do with AC but makes sounds even if the AC is off. And this happens when driving or in park.

Any advice if I should get this fixed. Or if I am in fact crazy and it has always made this sound. Anyone know what it is?

Thanks in advance!

Still under warranty? Take it to a dealer.

Yes it is. Got an appointment next week. Hoping to get some info on it though. I worry they are gonna say everything is normal.

Good evening! Would like to ask an update regarding this? Was it resolved? and what was the cause and problem? Having the same issue with my Civic.

Thank you in advance.
