Power Steering?

Lately when I steer when im not moving or going real slow, it seems as if my power steering isnt working well. It makes this sound when i move the steering wheel. I checked the power steering fluid and it was full so i have no clue what the problem is.

be more specific.. does the wheel feel heavier (harder to turn)? describe the sound it makes. is your car lowered or have any suspension mods?

if it makes a whining noise then ur power steering pump might be busted becuz u theres still fluid in there. the best thing to do is take it to a shop and have them check the pump. the way u can find out for sure is pop ur hood and look at the pump, tell someone else to turn the wheel while ur hand is on the pump(if its too hot then use a stick or something) by doing that u can feel it vibrating and making the whining sound. if it does that then u will probably have to buy a new pump.
