Post Boggs out when turning

Hey All,

I have a 2018 Honda Civic, and when I make a u-turn the car boggs down. So much so that I pull over, turn completely off, and then restart, and it seems to work. Thoughts? Ideas?

Does that year still have normal power steering? Or is it the fancy electronic one?

I don't know. Are you thinking the bogging on throttle is connected with power steering?

Re: Boggs out when turning

Even it its electric, although its more likely if its a hydraulic system. Basically the turning puts more load on the engine, either from the pump or the alternator trying to push more power to the electric motor in the rack
