Left turn signal doesnt work, sorta

Question Left turn signal doesnt work, sorta
I bought a 1996 honda civic recently and noticed that the left turn signal doesn't for in the rear but does work in the front, I checked the wiring and it looked fine and the fuses didn't look bad

Need to check with a meter instead of just looking at it.
