Dying Turn Signals
Dying Turn Signals
My 2001 Honda Civic has dying turn signals. When I activate either left or right turn signals, they sometimes come on, but they blink for only a second or two and then stop.
I changed out the turn signal switch and it didn't fix the problem. Still does the same thing.
The flashers work fine.
Do the flashers and turn signals use the same relay? If so, what could be causing this problem?

Re: Dying Turn Signals
There is only one flasher, it is in the fusebox under the dash. It's used for both turn signals and hazards.
Turn and hazard systems use separate fuses.
I'd have a wiring diagram and a voltmeter. Test, don't guess.
