1991 honda civic turn signal problem

The left turn signal light on the dash does not work when I use the turn signal lever, but works just fine when I use the flashers. The bulb is fine and the outside turnsignals work. I hear the blinking sound but no light. I just replaced the turn signal switch and it did not help. The right light blinks just fine.

It may just be a bad bulb on the dashboard
