Over the winter I’ve been having issues starting my 2017 Civic when the temperatures are cold. Two weeks ago I had the battery replaced and the issues seemed to correct themselves until the other day. I began having the same issues I had prior to replacing the battery; when I go to turn the car on the dash lights/head lights will turn on however the engine will not turn over. After a couple attempts of trying to start it the engine will then begin to slowly start to turn over; a couple more attempts to turn the car on after that the car will even tally start and will run with no issues. Again I’ve only noticed this in cold weather. Any insight on what could be going on? Thanks!

How cold are we talking here? Cars will naturally turn over more slowly the colder it gets.
