I heard about this problem too, and I'm shuddering in anticipation of the day it starts to happen in my ride...<shudder>. Oh well, now you have an excuse to grab some aftermarket shock/struts! I can't wait till KYB comes out...mmmm....full assembly-type action.....<drool>

When i had clicking sound on turn, it was my CV boot. Honda would've charged $360+install to replace it, but Action Honda's service dept was nice and said they'd look away on that and fixed it under warranty.
Also, I noticed that sometimes when I brake it clicks, that's because to keep the disc from overheating they've designed the calipers to be farther away from the disc, so sometimes on the first hit it clicks. Does it on my dad's 99 Accord too. Honda service guy says that's normal.
As to other clicking, sometimes it was from springs, if you have aftermarket springs. Spring manufacturers suggest putting rubber tubing on the top and bottom of the springs as a "custom" base.
