your insurance won't go up as you were not at afult - no fault insurance simply means you go back to your own insurance company to collect for your damages - no the other company who insures the vehicle who hit you will not be paying for the damage - whoever you are insured with will be repairing your vehicle, you should not have to pay a deductible unless the person who hit you is uninsured or they are from another province or state- your adjuster will do all this for you - if you have a sore neck as your adjuster to set up an accident benefits claim as you may need rehab or massage therapy for any pain you may incurr - good luck, pm if you have any questions

I don't know if you guys have noticed but:
1) There aren't that many trucks around Bayview and 16th
2) Coffee Time is at Leslie and 16th (he said Bayview and 16th in his original post)
3) THE GRASS IS GREEN!!!
