Wiper Issues
I do have a problem with my 92 Civic DX's wipers as well. The worst is that the fast setting moves about as fast as the slower setting...is this a motor problem or could there be a short somewhere draining the power? anyone experience this before? also, do you know where can get this stuff over the internet.

you sure the wipers aren't dragging? lift them up off the window and try the two speeds again. could just be bad wiper blades. get bosch micro edges
