Anybody know any bodyshops? or wreckers? that have a new or Used front bumper for the 04-05 civic? I've seen them on Ebay for about $200 shipped to the door. Is ebaying it worth it?

I'd be worried about the Canadian shipping charges - some of those guys hit you with shipping charges so high it would have been preferable to go to the dealership. Contact them for the shipping charges, and remember to factor in the brokerage fees and customs. Unless of course you know someone across the border who can accept it for you then just drive it across.

ps any word on your buddy rE: exhaust swap?

there is a complete list of GTA wreckers posted, contact the ones that carry mostly honda's and get prices and go to the cheapest one and pick it up, u gonna have a hard time cus they usually try to sell u the entire front-end but its worth it to give it a try.
