Front headlamp reflectors
Hey guys,
I had posted something similar in the "Law -whatever" section, but no luck there (plus a lot of them were from the US, figured I had a better shot here)
I recently cleared out my '02 Civic Si-G's headlamps (finally got rid of the amber inserts) and replaced the turn signal bulbs with chrome-covered amber bulbs (chrome to match the headlamp unit, but flash amber -- pretty nifty, lol). Now, my question is: Is it still legal to have white reflectors in the front instead of amber ones? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks people!

I think you're technically required to have amber reflectors in the front corners of your car, but I have never ever heard of anyone getting busted down for it. As long as you have something reflective in there (the white one) you will be ok.
you are suppose to have orange reflectors on the front.
technically you could get a ticket. but i never had a problem with that when i had clear reflectors
even when i took the reflectors out i never had problems.
only tickets i ever got was for 'blue' headlights...and' blue' turn signals

Are they blue tinted?
Best way to find out is if it says "For offroad use only" on the package, you can pretty much conclude they're not street legal. Depends on local laws of course.

I got pulled over for blue sidemarkers and told the cop I am going to take the clear piece out of the headlights. He said that is fine and is not illegal. This is in ONtario of course
