I thought whenever you scam, its got to do with the insurance? I'm like what, I dont pay enuff insurance? if thats the case(that insurance takes care if it) I'd scam them for all they got

Definately get it written off, my cousin's car (2002 LX Sport) had an accident about 2 months ago, its ironic how the car was not written off with damages of 13000 (repair bill). It is never the same, the car still has problem since... and infact some companies recommend you to install aftermarket parts because its cheaper (read it somewhere on like MSN or something)

Like everyone said, insurance won't go up... I had the EXACT same thing happen to me on the QEW east... got sandwiched!!! But my car was bone stock when it happened... when it came out of the shop, it had rims, HP Racing muffler, and an aluminum spoiler... Some of you that knows about it, it was called the 1st stage of my car.

Anyway, don't worry about anything cause it's the car-that-initiated the-accident's fault. (the hot chicks)
