btw, if you need my services to print a banner/sign, here at my workplace i have ready access to a large [36" wide rolls of paper] HP plotter printer, that can do excellent color prints, and i would most likely be able to print some stuff out for you peeps. let me know[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/IMG]

1. Maybe those in the area of our meet, could talk to some local vendors and see if they will set up a small display of parts that they can sell us at the meet, nothing too big, lights, grills, intakes, whatever they have for 2k* civics. 1 vendor would do.

Rep Power: 0 Well, hell PoopyRay, I only had a frickin' set of TYC Chrome altezzas last meet (and some glo-pedals my wife loves . . . ). So we're right around the same place . . . but by this year's meet, I should have my rims, body kit, tint, drop, I.C.E. (should be almost complete), and MAYBE a custom paint job . . . not sure yet, but we'll see. And I just keep coming up with new ideas . . .

I hope I can get my dent fixed on my door (dang concrete poles at the gas station [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/IMG] ), and get my rims or exhaust for the meet. We shall see!

Of course no one can really prove that my car is stock right now, it is but i have no proof, um.. well does sterio count? its not pretty but its pretty complete. So to be truley honest, I have 2 12's an amp and an aftermarket HU. that is my only accomplishment. I have purchased some black halo's for my car too, though I wont see em till december. kinda feel like an *** for posting about a small comp between us, hope you take it well.

Rep Power: 0 Hey poopy, well, you have good ideas, but we're not really that big that we could have a vendor or food(unless u meant delivered) there. as for a local vendor, as for the idea of having a vendor there, most of the stuff shops around here carry is universal stuff, or things like that. keep the ideas comin though. as for june im up for it if it works better with everyone elses schedule. btw, nice email rob. as for having a most improved award, i dont know of a good way to judge that, it would be a matter of memory and opinion, however, we could start to do it at the 3rd annual meet, ill explain more later. as for the other awards, i propose that we have a "people's choice" style award, where everyone that attends is given a score sheet and judges each car for each category. an overall score is then tallied and we come upon a winner. now for the most improved award. going by the process mentioned above, there will be a special score sheet for this award. there will be a list of mods, a choice of install quality ratings, and a place for comments. this sheet will then be collected, and saved for the 3rd meet, the score for that meet will be done the same way, added with the previous score, and a winner is calculated. then the sheet that was used to judge the 3rd meet will be kept and added with the sheet for the 4th, and so on. yeah i know im getting way ahead of myself, but im jsut trying to explain my plan. as for the carlisle meet, im not sure if ill want to enter it yet, i dont knkow if my car will be as ready as i want it to be. that is to be decided closer to show time. what does everyone think of my idea?

If I were a shop owner I would set up a little table or whatever even if I didnt sell anything, I would get to see a bunch of cars [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG] can only help a business, thats JMO though.

Rep Power: 0 yeah poopy, i know what you meant but i dont think any of the vendors would want to do it. as for popeyes, well we dont have any of those around here. what is popeyes like? i didnt mean to shoot you out of the water, i just dont think anyone around here would want to do it, sorry if i came off the wrong way. as for may or june, we just need to get feed back from a good amount of people, and well go from there.
