i need a cheap, offline, remote relay

just looking to get a cheap piece of junk remote controlled 12 volt relay, to play around with as a toy.

anyone know where i can go? radioshack is a dud, and an audio shop is expensive.....

im gonna repeat myself, im looking for a cheap, offline 12 volt remote relay.

ill repeat that, i have been frustrated to holy hell all night for this. offline relay.

offline remote relay. something i can buy offline, not online, thats a remote controlled 12 volt relay. that i dont buy online, but offline at a store.

but thanks for the link, i can reread the posts i made in that topic a hell of a long time ago (can you all tell how frusrated i am that ppl are telling me to hardwire and buy online?)

doh! "offline", I just read over that part w/o thinking of what it meant.

I saw a remote control relay system for foglights in the autoparts store. I think it was made so that it just plugged right into their brand of foglights. I'm sure it would be easy to wire up to whatever you want. I think it was like $30-$40. I'm not sure what you consider cheap.....

I'll swing by the autoparts store tomorrow to see what brand it was.

Almost forgot about this:
The remote relay intended for foglights is made by Rally. It is $20 (US) at the local auto parts store.
