note which side the steering wheel is. now think of where yours is. then think about how your never going to get a chance to buy this car unless you move from north america.
Yep...Nissan and other manufacturers have always chosen not to sell some of their hottest cars in the US...too many damn laws and ambulance-chasin' lawyers
<< what a shame; at least we have american all powered beasts >>
exactly, beasts. not sirens
yes it looks good doesn't it? as far as i know, it's just a cosmetic job, still mechanically the same, a final hurrah b4 the S15 200SX is put out of production because it can't meet the engine emission regulations or something (same thing happening with the R34 skyline GTR)
i think the replacement for the S15 200 SX will be the Z car, and for the R34 skyline GTR will be the GTR concept they showed at the tokyo show last year. only bad thing is the replacements will cost a lot more $$$...........

Yes guys that car is available where I live
That 200sx (S15) was nominated as best sports car under AUD$50.000 by MOTOR magazine in 2001, even the wrx was left behind. That car costs around AUD$40.000+ and yes it's right hand drive. I had a test-drive before and all I could say was WOW that car has no flaws at all. Build quality was good and the best thing was the performance. Unfortunately, the salesman was with me for the test drive otherwise *evil grin*
If I have the money,I'd go for the 200sx hands down compared to the wrx, that is if I have the money

so what's the difference between teh Silvia S15 and this 200SX GT??? i know the Silvia pumps out 280HP in japan
hey iamfob, there is no difference between the S15 Silvia and the 200SXGT. in australia, all the the previous S14 Silvia was called a 200SX, with the S15 they just kept the name. instead of the 'S' on the bonnet there is a nissan badge, instead of the word 'silvia' on the boot it says 200SX. mainly cosmetic differences. the big mechanical difference is that in australia it's only 147kW which is waaaay less than the 280HP jap spec.
