i want the front bumper. the type r civic looks just like our si hatchback over seas. >>
That's a very interesting pic. I wonder if it is a true Type R because all of the Type R's I've seen have the 5 lug conversion, that one has 4. I like the headlights.

i know, beside the accord-R i never heard of other sedan type R
Acura will have a new compact sedan in their line-up. No idea what it's going to be. The best guess is the Euro R Accord, which is much smaller than the Accord we get in North America.
The internal working name? "UD"
Who wants an Acura UD? I wonder what it stands for? Ultimate Driving?

BTW, this pic has been post several times on this site. The only conclusion we've come to in the past is that it's a photoshop of the previous generation Civic, specifically the Domani (aka 1.6EL). The head lights certainly looks like it.

yeh this pic is sooooo old, seen it ages ago. it looks like a 6th gen sedan to be honest. there was never a type R civic sedan. the closest thing to a type R sedan is an RS ferio sedan (?)
there is rumor that there is a 7th gen sedan bound for australia, it would be sourced from thailand and just have all the go-faster bits (recaros, bodykit, titanium **** etc - not sure about the engine, a K20A perhaps, or the same one as the Type R hatch?). IF and WHEN it does come out, i would buy the OEM bits and just bolt them to my sedan...........

as always with these juicy things, it is a rumour (for the moment)
