2012 Civic LX used purchase

Hi I'm in Ottawa Canada and looking at buying a 2012 Civic LX with 25,000 kilometres on it. I've browsed the forums and see brake problems, hesitation with acceleration (eco button) and trunk release malfunction. These are all issues I noticed on my first look.
Are there any relevant problems I need to address for further consideration?
This will be my 5th Civic so I know them and like them. Great car in winter with snow tires!

Mine is a 12 LX sedan, just a little over 13,000 miles (US) on it now. Mostly in town driving, 5.6 miles each way to work and back.

No issues with unusual brake wear or trunk release on mine.
I have nit-picked a few things on my car, but I work for a dealer LOL.

The car you looked at, did it actually have those problems?

I think the hesitation/ECO button complaints are simply people not understanding or not liking what it does.
Some hesitation complaints have been caused by people driving with both feet, the computer doesn't like that.
