03 accord windshield wiper fluid problem

03 accord windshield wiper fluid problem
My parents car recently wont pump any fluid when pushing the wiper handle in. The wipers move, and the fuse is good, but not sure where the wiper motor is on these cars.
Any suggestions?

It could be inside the washer fluid tank.
When quiet listen for a buzzing noise when triggering the washer pump switch.
If you here noise you may have a clog or still could be pump/motor.
