I use mobil one synthetice 5W-20, works perfectly. I beleive it takes about 3.5 quarts. I buy 5 at a time regardless and us the extra in between to flush some of the dirty and refill with the clean. Expensive habit lol.

stick with 5w20 any brand is fine theres not alot of difference. and after 70k miles, switch to valvoline maxlife, it has a higher moly count than others which is good for the seals and stuff.
