08 Corolla in flesh???
Here are some pictures of the newly launched next generation corolla in china.
the front end is sooo hot, it looks like a mini camry. tho i think it looks better than the camry, grille and headlights wise. that's about what i can praise about this car. the rear end is just
it looks just like the current model, very shietastic!!! if i can only judge this car, i hope this is not what "back to the drawing boards" means for toyota when they saw the new civic. some doomass also said, the rear looked like the IS... 
that bish doesn't even looks close.
so is this what USDM corolla would look like??? this bish doesn't stand a chance against the civic.

Rep Power: 0 it's too conservative and too boring.... just like every corolla is. i can't hate on the corollas tho, cuz my first car was a corolla and i love toyotas as well. i still love my old car, does its purpose justly. all i'm saying is that it looks too blah...........

The first I read they were supposed to have 2.0, and then the last I read was they are going to use the current 1.8 engine.
The tails are a variation of the current style. The 03+ Corollas are a bit ugly, except in S trim. They need a change.

if you look at the 7th pic of the rear end, the car looks like it's about to puke, (the trunk meeting the bumper is the mouth, corners of bumper are cheeks), and yea it looks like

Rep Power: 338 dontk now if this will be USDM. In the JDM, they had a different Corolla sedan. In China, they had the same Corolla as USDM.
The previous pics I saw of this car had even smaller headlights, much like the Camry... only time will tell.
But it doesnt matter how it looks. It will still sell very well worldwide!

Reminds me too much of the Yaris.
The car looks like it wants to blend in with the crowd rather than stand out of it.
