Warrenty issues

ok guys i have a bone stock 04 ex the only upgrades i have are megan springs and robear crossdrilled and slotted brakes.it recently rained alot where i live which never ever happens and after the rain my engine started making a crazy clapping noise.my friends all say i voided my warrenty with the discs and springs and even then they would give me some Bs excuse

well since U havent made any changes to the engine itself andthats where the noise is coming from U shouldn't have voided the warranty. I think U should be fine.

thats what im hoping but they''re saying they'll come up with an excuse that i have springs and brakes that imust race it or be a street racer

they shouldnt say anything. if the mods arent causing the issue, they have to fix it. if they say no, you report the dealer to american honda corp.

ok im sorry this is gettin redundent heres the whole story its cuz im bone stock engine but i have 2.25 from the cat back and i also have a vtec controller but i normally cruise but recently my engine is rattleing bad after 2500rpms and i know there gonna void my warrenty

yeah the controler is tied to ecu and will void warranty. exhaust shouldnt matter but i have a good feeling the exhaust is rattling and not the engine.

ok ill remove the Vafc but im positive its nothing rattleing its piston number one dont ask me how but i think i had a bad bearing cuz i fryed a ring and threw the bearing

Help you...exhaust and springs shouldent be the problem with your engine. So if you get stereotyped as a "Streetracer" or they try to pull up some kind of bs on you. Just report em to Honda Corp.
