down force in the fronts - front wheel drive lack front traction due to lifting during throttle application - i killed my trans due to too much rear camber and too few front camber - wheel spin in autoX corners.
300 - 350 WHP is about the limit of a FWD to handle without any other type of help (Lim slip diff, splitters, FRONT wing - which is not common - etc).
This baby is at 900WHP, so you can imagine how hard is...
They have much more meaning that the rear wings in a FWD car (rules allowing, off course)

Edit: Oh, yeh, word of advice - printing this reply and showing to the officer WILL NOT GET YOU PAST the white and blue guys in case you get the idea of installing such a wing
