got rice- special GSU edition
ok, my best friends b-day was saturday and i want over to georgia state and i caught some rice. i did not have any rice citations cause i didn't think i would need them, 
but i learned my lesson 
the first pics are a toyota ECHO. yeah an ECHO.
the second car is an accord while i was on I-85 and my best friend took the shots.
accord pics up in a minute guys.

this one is messed up
this guy did a ricer fly by with his friend in downtown ATL. before we got on 85 and took the pics. he revved enough to where his blow off valve went off.

Rep Power: 379 ehh, the accord it actually pretty nice except the fender, and if he has a BOv then hey atleast its not just a body kit and rims and mayeb his exhaust ahs a purpose. and what it the first car an echo? all i see is the big tach. yes a little rice but not overly rice.

Rep Power: 321 the accord is nice. why are you guys calling that rice? the only thing wrong with it is the fender ans sideskirts. you guys really need to remind yourselves of what rice really is before you label something rice.

Rep Power: 336 dude, the fender has a nike swoosh scratched into the fender! if you heard it you would have called it rice also. and btw there are no sideskirts! you can see where the bolts were drilled into the side of the car. i call it rice cause thats what it is. he could get anytime. a ricer fly by also constitutes as rice.

Rep Power: 321 well the fender was fu(ked up anyways so why not mess it up even more??? they were probably gonna replace it anyways. i wouldnt but its not my car... and when i said sideskirts, i meant the lack of them. any ways, if i had a turbo, i would give a damn if my exhaust sounded ricey cuz i would know that i would be able to kick so much *** with my car. besides, what would you like it if someone was rudely taking pictures of your car, while you were trying to drive, without your permission and posting it for everyone to see?

Rep Power: 336 id be ok with it cause my ride is clean and smooth all around. if you can get embarrased cause someone takes a pic of your car then you have rice on it.

Rep Power: 336 ok so i never installed a strut bar before. your real supportive. thanx. i installed it and its fine. neons are not rice if it looks good/ are not broke. i thought the accord was rice. if you don't then disagree. but don't try to attack me. its only an opinion, and his car had stuff wrong with it. fender, exhaust and skirts. and he didn't know i was takin the pics. its not that big a deal, its suppoed to be fun.
I am going to start carrying my camera with me at work. I delivery for a distribution company, so i am on the road all day.
Anyways, today I saw an 7th Gen Hybrid in front of me. Pretty much just stopped looking when I saw the hybrid badge. But then I looked again, and noticed a Civic Type R badge on the trunk. Ugg....
I was on my way home, and came up on a older Accord, one of the box types. I only looked because I saw the massive exhaust on the back. Then I notice a couple other things. In place of the Honda H on the trunk, a BMW badge was there. And to the left was a Kompressor badge. How much more rice can you get?

Ricey cars confuse me. I can never tell if the owner is doing these things intentionaly, or just buys everything off of ebay and nopi online. The cars are kind of ugly looking, and unpleasant sounding.
