RSX side airbags removable?

RSX side airbags removable?
Does anyone here know if the rsx-s leather seats with air bags can be removed so there is no airbag? I dont have side air bags in my car and want to make some dough out of the side airbags.

probably 10 bucks but i dont need them. anyways i attempted to pull the airbag out with force, but no luck. I dont want to pull any harder because they might deploy. ANd i certainly do not want to take off the seats and bolt them again just to take the side airbags out.. hey exzacc, did your seat have to be disconnected to take the side air bags out? also, could you just keep the side airbag cover so it will look like theres no hole on the side?

Rep Power: 0 ummm, i hate to tell you but selling used air bags is highly illeagal...at least in NY it is. i just bought my rsx seats and i thought it was possible to connect them to ur car so if ever in an accident, they would deploy?

Rep Power: 290 yeah i can connect them but my car didnt come factory with side airbags therefore, i would need to buy an expensive module to make it work.
why is it illegal if i sell airbags that havent been deployed? im planning to sell them on ebay or if anyone else wants them feel free to let me know. they wortk with civics and rsx and most likely si s

Rep Power: 290 so what should I do to get it removed. If anyone here has successfully pulled it apart, let me know so I could pull it. I didnt give all my strength to it because I thought it might deploy on me.
