I do want to point out. the fun i am poking are at the morons who think that their kia's are beating cars that aren't even trying to race.

I am a good friend of the guy who owns that white spectra that was posted here. I am also a member of streetkiaz and I am here to at least defend myself. I would say with the execption of about 20-25 people on that site, they are all idiots. In fact I would like to personally thank you guys for bringing me to this realization. I own a 2003 Rio-Cinco. I bought the car as a cheap daily driver. It serves this purpose flawlessly. I am also a sound quality competitor in IASCA and MECA. I am building the car up to be a contender in the sound quality fields to which I can say that the vehicle fits the needs almost perfectly. Sound vehicles are not fast, I don't say my car is fast. Hell, the best cars in my game are 10,000 pound beat up vans that barely move. I do make stupid claims about my stuff either. I won't lie and say that I can hit 151.7 dB's just as you guys (at least I hope) won't go run around saying that you can run 9.9's in the quarter. (and if you do actually run 9's, well congrats; if you don't and you go running around saying you do, you are no better than the clowns at SK.)
Basically what I am trying to say is, yes they are morons. At least 2 of us aren't, to which we have knowledge and have a grasp on reality. Troll them if you want, but honestly ask yourself if it is really worth it? Face it, most of them will probably never move much higher in the world and most of them probably aren't going to get much smarter so just leave them to collectivly roll around in their own stupidity.

I have to agree with the guy above that trolling the board is pretty pointless in the end. Honestly you'll get a better response on the SRT forums than SK goes. SK is used to trolling.
I will agree with many of the posts here, that the majority there are rice and very ignorant even about thier own cars. But this board, along with every, has the same thing. So making a huge thread about "specific claims and BS posts" is one thing, but stating a car is crap or **** in general just because of the Name? I think some of you may forget hoe the Honda tuner scene start over 10 years ago. They went through the same thing which some of the old school honda guys can relate to I am sure.
But enough about that BS. The main reason I joined here was not to argue this morot or that, or which car is better, thats pointless as everyone is biased about the car they drive. I for one do not judge by manufactuer, but by the individual, which is how it should be. Every Makers has thier lemons and thier nicer cars. I am mainly here to show you there are a FEW of us who do know what we are doing, and WHY (key word is why, which most act, before thinking about a mod). My ride in particular is one of the pioneering rides out there in many aspects. Personally I have not had any negative comments from anyone who has seen the car in person, from all genres of vehicles. Most don't even know its a KIa. Which is another reason i chose the car, to be different and very rare, especially with my vehicle. In case you are wondering, my particular car is the quckest of the kia compacts. especially since the head change in the 02+ models. I am not going to go on on which cars I have raced (real races, not gay flybys, yes a few SI's)becuase it really doesn't matter in the end, what matters is if you have fun in your car. Too many people are too concerned what others think. Almost any car CAN look good, or be quick, but it takes a certain know-how and taste.

I can say the rep from whent hy first were introduced to the US wasn't the best, but they've come a long way, aand quicker than any of the rest of import companies when introduced. I can say the car I have is the only kia i would have(and did) bought. I could care less about the rest of them. The cinco 03+ is ok for what it is, as long as your not trying to make it faster lol it would need a motor swap for that.
