i didn't read all 43 pages but what size rims are those in the hi-res pic?? those are sweet. they look pretty big to be stock.

it would be impossible for me to take those pics. as much as i would like to, i can't. they actually search you with metal det. and all that. it's a pretty top secret area. sounds ghey, but it's true. it is a sweet car though. will make you change your mind about any other civic. has sweet real time navi, 2 tier dash. sweet inside and out. sorry about the pics, but i need my job.

Rep Power: 0 So by the way you describe it, the new Civic has become Accord. What is the demension wise of the car inside out? Do you have those detail?
I know that 7th gen Civic has already gotten the interior space 5 cu. ft less than an Accord(the trunk is actually bigger than the Accord, coupe to coupe, EX to EX), which is not much by taking dashboard and rear deck into account. While the exterior is 1 ft shorter(just the front part is shorter) and 5 in narrower, which makes the Civic a really large compact already.

what i mean by 2 tier dash is that the speedo is on the top part of the dash and the rest of the dummy gauges are on the bottom. in my opinion, the front looks like the tsx and the rear looks like the new 7 series bmw. the inside has more luxury, it has a wider stance. as far as colors or any other ?'s, i'm not sure. we was limited to what we actually saw. like i said, it's like area 51 there. but if i find out any other details, i will keep you all informed.

one more thing. the gauges are unlike anything you have seen. aftermarket or otherwise. i am going to hold out until it comes out. the way the navi is built in to the dash is awsome. and to answer the ? about the hid's, yes, they are going to have them. the wheel size is 16 stock with a 17 inch option i think.

Wow if even half the stuff you say is true then this a definate rsx killer. If they have a leather option i would be very tempted to trade in my 04 lol. I guessing if you get all the options you mentioned its probably going to cost at least 23k or more. The the new si is going to be the fastest civic thats come out, but it also probably going to be the most expensive.

I heard that the steering wheel is going to resemble the three spoke on the current si and rsx..dunno bout racing pedals but they are so cheap aftermarket, I dont think it would matter

before we go any further i need to make one thing real clear. i am talking about and building the civic. ex. lx, those models. my friend has the si issue all sewn up and i will try to get him to tell me about some of that stuff. all the stuff i said was about the new ex, or lx. those cars are sweet as hell. i think you will like them. as for hp?, i'm pretty sure that it has a k20a. they didn't let me see the engine, but from all the parts laying around, i'm almost 100% that's what it is. as for you dash thing, picture this. you have your regular dash, now imagine a smaller one directly on top that's real narrow and has your digital speedo. the gauges are lit up like nothing i have ever seen before. looks like a navi screen. that's all i can get right now, but i will keep everyone posted on the new stuff i find out. anyways, how bout some rep for all the secrets? later.

If all those options comes from a ex thats really impressive. I'm guessing there putting in a k20a3 then a k20a though. 220hp on a ex seems kinda off to me, 160hp seems more reasonable.
Navi on a ex, oMG.. hahaha sounds like there really transforming the civic into a baby accord.

k20a3 sounds right. i'm not sure on that. there are teams of people for every part of that car. to me it looks like that tsx from the front, and the new bimmer 7 series from the back a little. the whole car is wider, the wheels are bigger, if i'm not mistaken i think i heard them mention HIDs too. all the controls are on the steering wheel and it has what looks like an aftermarket shifter, but it's not. it's straight oem. looks sweet. the navi system is in dash and folds down for the cd or dvd slots. all motorized. real-time satellite nav. all together ,it's a bad car. i am holding out to buy one when they come avalible. we get a discount on everything that is honda. from cars to bikes, watercraft, you get the idea. even parts. every part. that's all i got for now, but i'll keep you posted as often as i can. keep throwing some points my way. later.

Rep Power: 0 BTW, I really want some night gauge reflections than those stupid Navi. Night gauge reflection-when headlight turns on at night, the gauge will refect off the windshield in addition to just inside the instrument panel.
