This is stupid.

SRT-4s ARE ugly. They're fast, and I respect their straight-line performance numbers, but they're still ugly. I'm jealous of the engine, sure, but don't put words in the mouths of people who have a different sense of style than yourself.

Next... autos aren't for sports cars. Well, not on this site, anyway. With a scant few exceptions (maybe that should just be exception?) the manuals here will be faster than the autos. We're not talking about some over-engineered SMG gearboxes. We're talking slushbox versus clutch. Even with a real sports car, I'd rather shift through all the gears than slide a stick into D and stomp down with my right foot.

i like 5spd's cuz of the amount of control i "feel" i have when driving, and most normal cars id prefer to have a manual. of course when you get into high power, id much rather have an auto (like the porsche tiptronic) to keep my hands on the wheel, or better yet somethin like ferrari's f1 paddle shift (auto clutch).

Srt-4 are scarry ****! you ever heard those rev at a stoplight? they sound fuking mean....car just shows power. I know people wrx wont race them because they know srt-4s faster than wrx...not sti talking about. But they can be made faster than an sti with 3 grand and mopar upgrade under warranty. Suspension your going to nock? dude can go all aftermarket! at least they have all struts no cheap *** gas shocks
our civics arent god on suspension dont give a rats *** what you autocrossers say! I know my friends altima with kyb shocks 245 tires sways and strusts basically same **** I have but he can fit wider tread on his tire can kick my ***. He also has rear struts not gas shocks!!
so yes altimas and maximas own us. I have driven both cars one driver! so i know its not my skill, hes got loads more grip..
want a good nissan grab that new altima spec v!

ill have to agree....srt-4's are ugly because they are a neon witha turbo..fast..yea ok...ill give you that but theyre still ugly...and manual rear windows...so weak...so so weak...and yes a srt-4 would smoke my car but theyre still ugly

I have yet to be beaten by a streetable SRT-4. Note that I autocross.

Other wise, I get anoyed by Street racing in general, and by all the Who would win threads.... ect ect ect...

i hate people who use 'you're jealous' as a copout because everybody and their mom wont get on their knees and suck their **** just because they think they have a bad *** car. not everyone has the same taste. but when it comes down to it, a car being fast (excluding exotics...id take one)only matters a few seconds at the track. a nice and comfortable ride last everywhere you go. p.s. an srt-4 is hideous, and i would pass on owning one. and the 'jealousy' **** doesnt work because damn near anyone can afford one. its not like a 7 series beamer or somethin.

agree with the tranny thing. a lot of people drive stupid/aggressive just because its a manual. but honestly, i find it more enjoyable to drive a standard, but i would bitch if i had an auto supra or knock someone else's ride.

I wouldnt go so far as to say that, Boilermaker, RobbClark or fattyMcJ (to name a few) may Show up one day and cream me

and with the srt-4..I'd be in CSP, and I'd rather run either a MR2-Spyder or a Miata (Because they are faster then the SRT-4)
