75w/80w, the bottle should have a big MTL on it. if you go through summit racing the part number is "RED - 50204"...its usually 7.99/ quart but its on sale for 6.45/quart there is a haz-mat fee so take that into account, but i use summit alot and they are good

Rep Power: 263 im going with the royal purple, but i heard both r great. also know a couple of honda guru's who run 10w-30 motor oil in there mt. they say it holds up and makes shifting a breeze. but there on older hondas.

Rep Power: 249 I'm going to put redline in my tranny in a couple weeks. From the response both here and at the http://www.bobistheoilguy.com boards, the stuff works great for cooler climates and for racers, but "daily driving," grandmas might not dig it, because people were saying the shifts felt different.... ymmv.
If you change the MTL yourself, yeah, get the redline MTL, the light "Honda acura" stuff, and undo the filler bolt first, THEN the drain bolt. Always nice to be sure you can fill it before you drain it :-)
good luck.
