front lip/rear lip

i am trying to find out everything i can about the front/rear lip. i dont want to spend a money on body kits, because i dont really care for the bulkiness. if anyone has pics of their own civics w/the lips, or any that they found, please post them. i want to see what they look like, and i am tired of searching the web. also, any opinions of why/why not to get the lips.. how they hold up, etc. Any help would be appreciated. thanks.

my car has a 4dr ferio-like lip. on ebay they usually call it like "type-r" lip there..

actually my car pic is a poor example. doesn't help much huh. lol
