Here is a list of things to look out for when you either own or are planning to buy a 6thgen civic (1996-2000).

• Engine overheating - The D-series Engine in these cars do have a headgasket breach issue, that is continued to the 7th gen cars...

• No spark - typically, it's the distributor cap (Dizzy) cracked. Check for it
