97 Civic DX manual, wont go in gear

Needing Help! Trying to figure out what's wrong with my 97 Civic Dx Manual as she wont go in gear. it's as if the clutch is stuck open or wont lock into gear! I'm not even sure what to look for while checking out my tranny and or clutch. I did have a new clutch and slave cylinder put in say approx 4 years ago now. I have checked the fluid an she's good on all but needing an oil change! This issue came up after I just replaced my exhaust. was driving to work and she just wouldn't go. I mean the engine was running fine and I could hear it revving but she just wont go. I can move my stick all I want but it doesn't make a difference. So yeah, any idea or advice would be helpful!

Clutch pedal doesn't feel the same as it used to?
Clutch fluid is full? Never went empty?
Sudden problem, no warning?

Will shift into gear okayish with engine turned off?
Does car roll with trans in gear? Not roll?

Something broke. May have to remove trans to find out what happened. Throwout fork, throwout bearing, clutch disc spring, pressure plate, etc. ???
