If you think that the season stops after NOPI, think again. Get ready for the event of the year!

Koncept Racing brings you the 1st annual Suburban Assault!!!!Sponsored by Sound Explosion and Import Atlanta.

The Suburban Assault is a 24 hour scavenger hunt covering the entire city of Atlanta and surrounding areas. The event date is Friday Oct. 18 at 9pm until Saturday Oct. 19 at 9pm, 2002. The event will be open to ANYBODY, ANY CLUB, ANY FORUM BOARD, ANY SEX, ANYBODY. You dont even have to be into the import scene to enter.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes. Almost $1500 will be up for grabs, as well as stereo and automotive prizes donated by Sound Explosion. Raffle prizes, V.I.P passes to Blazing Saddles and a dual 12" subwoofer box, among many others, will also be given out.

All participants will meet at a pre-determined location and recieve a list of items that you must aquire, and be brought back to the same spot within the alloted 24 hour time limit. Sounds easy HUH? Ha Ha HA!!!

Teams will consist of 1 to 2 individuals, both must pay entry fee and must use the same vehicle. No splitting up. You will arrive at the lower, empty, parking lot next to the Varsity before 9pm registration will begin promptly at 6:30pm. You will recieve a reciept for your registration and then wait. At 9pm cars will begin to exit the parking lot (in an ORDERLY fassion, NO BURNOUTS!!!!) and pass by one of the event reps, recieving your list. We do it this way so no one will depart early and get a head start on everyone else. Then the rest is up to you. Points values will be given to each item on the list. (that means you dont have to collect all of the items on the list) Some items will have higher point values than other items, based on difficulty to aquire. There will also be bonus points avalible for certain items. First one with the most points back to the start point wins. It's that easy.

If you arive first and have the most points you will leave with a thousand dollars!! (based on number of intrants)

This is a non-proffit event.75% of the pot will go to the winners, the other 25% will be donated to the Clayton Clean and Beautiful; Adopt-A-Road foundation. Koncept Racing will make NO money off the event.

If we do not recieve enough entrants to give away the planned $1000 purse to 1st place we will give 75% of what is in the pot. All prizes will still be given to the winners too!!!!

Pre-registration will only be $15 per person. If you want to register the day of, it will be only $20. Pre-registration will start in a week or so, and last till the day before the event.The Pay Pal account is up and running! You can PayPal that to www.paypal.com. Any input you have will be greatly appreciated. I need to know how many people will be interrested so I can start making copys of "THE LIST". Or if you have any suggestions as to how to make this event better, let em' rip! I am open to all sugestions.
