Now, What time? Where exactly?
Busse Woods Forest Preserve District
On that map it would be the entrance by number 17 right by the highway. That's where we did it last time however there might be changes.

I can probably help out, it'll depend on what time you wanna start doin stuff. I'm like an hour away from Schaumburg.

hrmm, maybe something like the RSX rear sway bar kit? or maybe the CF interior trim kit? Floormats might be cool, but then we run into the coupe/sedan difference. I'd probably pay up to $4/raffle tick if it was something like the sway bar kit.

Yea I'm willing to come early. Also about the raffle, a sway bar or interior trim kit would be reasonable.

Trunk Cargo Net? Maybe a Honda Jacket or hat or some other type of clothing. I dunno what other OEM stuff would be good... I mentioned the clothing because there will be some non-7th gen peeps there.

I think the trim kit is a really good idea.
also maybe you could get a couple of those RSX shift ***** (of corse that only works for people with 5spd)
I would pay 3 or 4 bucks for that kind thing

also I can help set up if you need it, e-mail me. Crossed off of work like a month and a half ago.

Just wanted to ask when exactly is the Chicago area meet is and where Please let me know becasue there have been so many dates and places i am a bit confused. I belive it is sometime in July and at Busse Woods. I ask because I want to go so that I can represent the air filters that I sell. The ITG brand out of europe. I wanted to show my fellow honda people what we have been missing out on because we are using the only thing availible until now, K&N. If anyone has questions on ITG filters or info on the meet please e-mail me. Also here is a link to my previous posts regarding the filters I represent. Thanks

bump

xHoteKx, Busse Woods forest preserve is near Schaumburg. I don't know what the exact address is, if there is such an address.
From Michigan, you would probably take I-94 West to I-294 (West, but it goes mainly North/South), exit I-290 toward Rockford. This will eventually merge into some other big highway (can't remember right now, but it is still considered I-290). Watch for the Higgins road exit when approaching Schaumburg. Exit on Higgins. Somebody who's been to the location should probably finish these directions.

If you want to want to get driving directions enter this: Higgins and Arlington Heights Road as the intersection, and Schaumburg, IL as the city and state. See if that works. It's very close from there.

I don't think we should change the meet right now. It still looks good at Busse woods.

Hey I just figured it would be easier to all meet there at the park. But if you want to set up a drive up with some people that's fine.

Edit: Alright, it would be good if any one of you could bring a grill. I have a small one but I really don't think that would suffice. People can let me know back at my email . Also maybe some coolers would be nice for drinks. People can bring whatever they want, and the more would be the better.

Since not many people have responded for the raffle, we might have to ask for a couple of bucks from some people if they want food. Otherwise it would be me and MugenRacer paying for a lot of the stuff. I do want to have food there, but I don't want to go broke buying it.

I'll bring a cooler with some drinks. Probably just some kind of cola, root beer, and some form of lemon/lime drink.

I'll bring some charcoal too.

Alright thanks for the responses. As far as stationary grills, I don't think this particular park has them which kind of sucks. As far as lodging, MugenRacer got some deals. He said he put them in the emails but go ahead and email him or IM him at HondaWerx and he'll tell you.
