Well, just got done mounting my amp int he trunk so no more amp sliding around. Gave a guy a deposit to build my box for my sub yesterday so that should be done in a couple of weeks. I need to wash my car and try to get out some small scratches....I am starting to hate black! Talk to you all later.

Yeah black looks good when its brand new after time you get those swirl marks you might want to get rubbed out and then start using a shammy

Hey you guys, i saw you two (Plantum and xHotekx) trying to get into REDLINE MOTORSPORTS let me know what they tell you. I was thinking about trying but then I decided not to cause they never have anything going on Downriver. I hate driving up there all the time. I did that crap when my ex lived in Farmington Hills and it got old real fast. I can't decide if I want to join a club or not either. Part of me says screw the club scene and just hang with your buddies. Escpecially after seeing some of the clubs and how they act. Well, keep me posted.

yea thats the only bad part about Redline... its so far away... i want to join em so bad, but then again, its far.. and far=more milage i want to start a club downriver for 7th gen civics, but then again, there arnt that many.. maybe like 5 tops.

I think the better thing would be to try and start a club for anyone. Yeah maybe a 7th Gen. club would be cool but you would have no variety at all in the club. I love all kinds of cars, like this summer I will spend more time at local classic car shows than at import shows but that is just me. My buddy is in Under Ground C.C. and he wanted me to join and I was like no way dude, I am not about to put some big ole' club decal on my back window. I think that just ruins the rides. SPRING IS ALMOST HERE THOUGH!

i agree with the huge banner.. redline does it, but its tasteful.. so i wont have a problem with that.

oh, and bobby, yoru wrong.. spring IS here.. just look at today! it was beatiful.. washed my car and powerwashed my engine so its all nice clean

I am a sissy, a few more degrees warmer until i call it Spring..lol....I washed my car and waxed it today now it is all shiney and I have nowhere to go [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG] Oh well, I need to stay home tonight and pack things up for the move anyway. Redline's banners are alright cause they usually have them on their windshields instead of the whole back window. Just talked to my buddy who live by the 50's McDonalds on Telegraph and I told him to let me know when the cars really start hitting up there so I can go I can't wait! Talk to you all soon

I just talked with someone from Redline for awhile....Seems pretty cool...I don't know if I'll actully join...I have no interest in racing my car, just showing, chillin, and meeting fellow peeps...I know alot of u guys think it's far for u...but I'm all the way up at 16 mile...so I'm actually north of the meeting area...I dunno...

Well...gotta get my stuff together and drive home...I think I'll head up woodward on my way home off 696...Be driving north around midnight...Maybe I'll c some of u guys out there...

Glad to hear you went for the Magnaflow Platnumbomb! You will like it. You sound a lot like me with the joining of clubs. I just want to hang out with friends and car people. Sure beats paying a monthly due and having people pressuring you to do stuff to your ride. Hey platnum did you finish your interior? Im in the process of redoing mines i also im doing silver where i had the blue im going with black and silver with just a little blue accents (shift ****,pedalsand maybe shift boot) i have the carbon fiber trim kit should be ordering my aluminum floor mats soon .
still debating on the silver, more than likely i will do it thou

im ganna get a magnaflow exhaust put on.. im ganna ditch the whole cat-back system.. 500bucks for about 5hp gains doesnt seem like its worth it.. but tonite was fun.. i cruised down eureka, fort, n biddle.. saw some sweet low riders.. a few civics.. but it was nice seenin nice cars out again cant wait til summer rolls around

Hey xHotekx have you seen the white super low Civic cruising around? or the white Accord? I always see these guys on Eureka and at that car wash at Penn. and Fort by Lowes Hardware. They are nice rides! The kid in the Civic seems cocky and the one in the Accord seems nice.

Yeah ive seen the accord yesterday if it is the same one is it a coupe with chrome rims if you guys want to see a sweet ride go up to the gas station on northline across from McDonalds between allen and I-75 there is a yellow supra looks like the one in fast and the furious except no graphics and its yellow and the rims are diffrent i think he works nights i drove by the other night and had to go and take a look at it

At the Sunoco station in front of Roush Industries? I will have to go look for the Supra. I saw a sweet one this weekend but it was black. The only thing I don't like about the white Accord is his muffler hangs really low but it is a sweet ride. And that white Civic I forgot has four freaking exhaust tips which looks kind of weird but it is also a sweet ride. I keep forgetting that you live Downriver now too Stylin. I am going to start keeping my eyes open for some nice spots where we might be able to all hang Downriver without po-po harassment. I did notice that they cleared the road in front of Elizabeth Park the other day so you can actually get in there now. The road is still filthy though cause it was all blocked of for sewer work.

Well...painting is done...Got the doors off and painted...but when I was puting it back together the lever for locking and unlocked got knicked up...pissed me off cause the rest looks really good...I redid all the red too...Much glossier red that matches my shift **** alot better...I gotta figure a way to touch up the **** w/o having to redo it...Oh...and I also put RAAM mat on each door...Wow!!! What a difference that made...!...Now I've got a ton left over for the firewall and under the carpet on the floor...I'll get some pics soon...lata...

to get into elizabeth, go thru the boat launch parking lot over by the Grosse Ile Bridge. just drive straight thru and your in the middle of Elizabeth Park. I'm not sure if its legal or not, but i havnt got a ticket yet[IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]. Yea, i've seen the white civic before. but not the accord. but dang, that civic is really nice. Oh get this, i was in Lincoln Park yesterday, and i saw this Eagle Talon with 2 wings. yes 2. this kid put 1 wing ontop of another one.. oh man, i wish i had a camera

Thanks bobby but i got so much going on with work and now that its getting warmer i got work to do around the house (landscaping , gotta throw down some sod and build a deck) so im trying to buy what i need for my car and get my car out the way. still need to buy my shocks and i want to do the full header and cat back.

I just went to Murrays and got Meguiars cleaner, polish, and gold class wax.....been so long since I used Meguiars, I was using Mothers then Zymol but the only Zymol I can find is the cleaner/wax or I can order the other stuff for like 50 bucks a bottle and Mothers was always a pain to rub off by hand. What type of products do you all use? Hopefully this Meguiars will do the trick for my black ride with swirl marks [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG] Talk to you all soon!
