I can't make up my mind on CAI's... HELP!

I'm torn here... The AEM makes a little less power than the Injen, but it's easier to install. The Injen is a tougher looking install, but in my opinion, is a better design to put the intake completely out of the engine bay. From personal experiences, is there much difference between the performance? Injen has a comparison dyno graph on 2001+ Ex's, but numbers only go so far. Can somebody help me make up my mind?

i have an AEM and i love it had it about a year and have had no complaints, really dont think there would be much difference between the two. never had the opportunity to drive a car with an injen so couldnt tell you if there is a difference. but with the AEM and my DC TCS it makes a real sweet sound rollin down the street

I've had the AEM for about a year and a half, but I still remember what a pain in the *** it was to install. If I had the choice again, I would go with Injen, since it takes air out of the bumper, not behind the radiator. I like the sound and I could feel a little diff. with mine, but after further research I think the Injen is probably better.........just my $0.02

JUSt got my injen CAI yesterday and i love it...takin off the bumper isnt really that hard..and that makes it all the better, having a real COLD air intake. and i dont know why people always say that there is no diference (between stock and intake, not between brands)...i definalty notice performance

RedDragon333 will become famous soon enough
I think the AEM is the better of the two...i had some custom work when i got mine installed so its out of the engine bay.....right directly behind the bumper... I did my research as well and the AEM came out on top....i talked to a lot of people and i wont put anything on my car with out doing exstensive research

i have the aem cai and i wouldnt change. but then in tn i dont have to worry about much high water so no hydrolocking for me
but if deep water is sometimes a problem wherever you live then i would go with injen unless youd rather have the aem cut to install the air bypass valve.
other than that aem all the way

If you just want an easy install get the AEM. I have the injen and love it. Taking off the front bumper isnt that hard. Plus, taking the front bumper off gives you an excuse to clear those headlights.

Just so you guys all know... I finally decided on the Injen CAI. After spending about 15 minutes on the phone, I got all the answers I wanted and ordered it. It should be here by the end of the week and I'll probably put it in early next week (hopefully with pictures of it done right). Thanks for the help in deciding guys.

PS- For you price concious people.... I paid $189.95 at Ptuning.
