Not CAI 2 SRI...but vice versa...

I'm plannin on getting the Injen SRI...the only intake that will fit with my generic F.Upper Strut bar...

but here's my ?...
People who have been worried about hydro-lock have just taken the x-tra length out of their CAI to make it into a SRI in case of heavy rain...but...

could I fabiricate a extension for the Injen SRI?...I know a CAI is better for me...But what is it posible to make it out of...What kind of tubing is safe to use...?

That other extension isn't as close to the engine I think...but I dunno...

Hope someone else has pondered this...

I think that you can but a cold air extention for the Injen, I'm not sure it's for our cars though.
