Converting to an ex setup basically just moves the 2 existing sensors further down the pipe. The LX/DX have the pre-cat and post-cat sensors forward of the engine bay. To add to that, the only thing that will bolt right up between DX/LX and EX exhausts is the axle-back. If you wanna change, you'll need the whole shebang
Also, sad to say, but Dezod doesn't exist anymore. They were a good shop doing a lot of R&D for the 7thgen back in the day
