torque specs cylinder head

getting ready to do an ex head swap. anybody know the torque specs for the head? also recomendations on quality head gaskets and head swap tips appreciated.

Those two links should help you out. The second link isnt only a parts list, but also includes tips ad tricks from my experience, as well as lessons learned. It's a bit long, but worth the read.

As for high quality head gasket, I'd just stick with Honda OEM

awesome i forgot to mention i was doing the timing belt too. im assuming i need an ex timing belt right, instead of the dx?
