If I were to guess(emphasize guess) I'd say properly tuned with I/H/E maybe 10 hp with 93 octane. I say this because the SI program added 10-12 on 91 octane with an intake.

Turbo maybe 20+

The price for the SI reflash is around $600 and I think close to a G for the fully programable one.

Here is the price I got from Hondata.com. It is for K-series/K-Pro. I think it would be pretty close to it.
"Pricing
* $500 - Upgrade cost for existing Hondata reflash (ECU must be sent to Hondata).
* $995 - Retail pricing $995 (customers ECU must be sent to Hondata).
* $1595 - New Honda ECU (PRB, PNF or PND). "

the power is at higher rpms if you cam has the lift and duration for high rpm hp. the stock d17a cam starts losing pull after 6000 rpm, ever feel that? after 6000 rpm it just kinda quits pulling (as hard), i used to have a b16a crx swap and the b16a pulls hard to the rev limit, so removing it could help and throw in a cam and good valve train setup. 11,000rpm all day. the d17a's stroke and bore doesnt support high rpm's very well, not saying you CANT rev it to 11,000 rpm, it just wont last long.

How high over 6400 are you revving? How often?
BTW...I'm not talkin' about F.I..

This would be a great step for 7th civics, but I'm not sure I would spend $1k plus another $1k for bolt-ons to make like 10 hp. But if it really improves the 1/4 mile times by broadening the power band, who knows.
I'm very curious about this product right now, and I bet people with turbos have really high hopes for Hondata. I just wish the D17 had as much potential as a B series engine, then I would have no doubt in modifying towards performance.

Anyways, a programable ecu will let you extract the maximum potential from all your other mods as well as things like raising the rev limiter, setting vtec engagement, open loop/closed loop, disable cels from race headers, datalogging, lots more.
By itself it would meke your car drive better but no real # gains.
