It fits perfect! Much better than the Magnaflow.

I ordered mine from http://www.fm-motorsport.com/fm_home.htm You have to e-mail them for prices I think though.

The sound is quiet like I said but I have a brand new b-pipe and muffler(obvious) so after a month or so when the new resonator in the b-pipe and new muffler loosen up a bit I am expecting it to get a tad louder but not much at all.

Of course, your set-up right now is going to be quieter since you only have an axle-back.

I still think GReddy 'could' be quieter when installed along with an aftermarket header and hi-flow cat.
