^^More than enough to sue DH's *** goooooooooood.....and I would love every minute of it. It seems Josh isn't very smart, he still has the same misleading description of the pulley on his website. Who is going to get documentation together and present it to a lawyer?
Anyone who filled out the BBB forms need to email your agent back and tell them the new address. They can do nothing without it.

Mine just emailed me back today and said the post office returned their letter. Send them the new address so they can work on it.

CDMX said pulley produced 1-3 whp and the install was extensive.
Josh said pulley was fine for daily driver when it's primarily a race only application
Can cause damage to engine after 10-15 thousand miles (not so much of an issue when only racing is involved).
Proper R&D was not performed and a spacer was needed on top of the extensive install.
These are things that should have been in the group buy post....since they were not, the product was misrepresented, members were misled, and DH should hand out refunds to anyone who isn't happy. If they stand behind their product, why aren't they willing to take it back? They have a case because Josh misled them to make money. But that's not the current focus in this thread. Getting a refund through any means available and warning others not to waste money on DH parts is...so lets talk stay on topic please.

yeah, could be, not really sure on what the charges would be...that's why someone needs to talk to a lawyer about it.
I would but I don't have a claim....I didn't buy a pulley.

reasons I'm salty...
1. Being told it pops right on and finding out later you have to use a hammer to practically shave the pulley while hitting it onto the crank
2. Asking for a simple picture to be posted by DH as to what their idea of a trimmed timing cover looks like, and still never seeing it.
3. 20 hp, I never expected it, but for 175 bux and all the "mad hype" surrounding this being said by the company, I was expecting 5 - 10 hp
4. Being told that your car and system would be fine if you got the dual-groove pulley instead of the single groove and at the most suffer a "little loss" - truth is you're car is going to break and/or run like crap until the tranny breaks
5. A company not even remotely standing by or having any kind of physical proof of their claims - be it the product or the customer service

You could email the people who bought it (you would know if they left feedback) and send them a link to this thread. I mean, it sucks to learn that what you just bought will damage your car, but it's better to learn before you install it than have your car break one day. Then they can join you guys in the refund lawsuit.
