UPDATE: Dual-groove pulley INSTALLED!!!
PayPal can't do anything I already called them! Credit card can't do anything, already called! So the BBB is our best bet, I already filled a complaint. Why doesnt someone who lives in Vegas go and see these guys or go to the BBB? I was my money back big time, thing this is a piece.

Okay, so what is their new address in Vegas? I want to file this report soon.
If I paid with credit card, they would just do a chargeback and I can then send the pulley back. Too bad I didn't pay that way.

But I thought Josh is a man of his word, and he said all of us get refunds if the spacers aren't shipped by what, two weeks ago? Blah blah blah. What a joke. We seriously all need to file BBB claims at least. Someone get the ball rolling and find out their new address.

well after hours of trying to get the stock crank pulley off I give up. Gearbox, you were right all along, aftermarket underdrive pulleys are ONLY meant for RACE applications meaning not daily driving honda civics. I'm glad I didn't put it on and mess my motor up, thanks. On a side note here is DH's new address

Take the two brackets holding the tranny in off....use the honda jack to hold it up...im sure there are other brackets holding the tranny up but i was just being safe....they are two 12mm bolts and 1 14mm bolt.
Then proceed to take off the black flywheel cover 2 10mm bolts and remove the flywheel cover. Get a large philips screwdriver and stick it in the teeth of the flywheel...dont worry its very strong...the screwdriver would get damaged before the flywheel would.
Proceed to run the crank till the screwdriver gets cought on the engine block or something else...
You will then be able to get the crank bolt off...I can do this in 20-30 minutes now....ive done it soo many times.
One thing though...im torqing my crank bolt down to like 25-30lbs...
CAUSE MINE FELL OFF WHILE DRIVING ONE TIME! AHH
oh yea this is why mine wouldn't really work
You see the marks??
Thats where the metal was being shaved off while "pressing" it on.........
I couldn't only tighten it down so much I wasn't sure if i was over tightening or if it wasn't even totally on... And i later found out after taking it off that it wasn't totally on.

There is no way to make a safe crank pulley. End of story. Honda made that pulley a certain size and weight so that it lasts the life of the car. Also I've yet to see an aftermarket pulley with some sort of harmonic dampener.
Our cars need all the power they can get going to the accessories. I can't imagine underdriving them. There are some things that you just don't take a chance with--and this pulley is one of them.
I still have my cylinder head sitting in the room waiting to be installed. I'm hoping it won't take away HP. Just be happy that you guys only lost under $200. Some of us are in alot worse.

Of course there is a way to make a safe crank pulley. I'm starting my own company called MOFORacing.com and I'll be holding a group buy here soon. I'll be selling pulleys that produce AS MUCH AS 35 hp on a turboed Type R. Its perfectly safe for daily driving and installs in 5 minutes! Anyone can do it.

Actually there's a company that produces crank pullies with a harmonic dampener...i forgot their name...some speed shop
very expensive probably though...
I called a few people yesterday, including Las Vegas Police, they gave me a number for FBI internet fraud division. The woman at the FBI said they can't help unless it's more than 50 g's, but she said for someone to contact a lawer and have someone represent all of us that had our little problem. She said we deffinatly have a case, there in it over $4,000 in just pullys alone.
ok well I know some lawyers and I can have a talk with them about a class-action lawsuit or something. basically I need a rough number of how many people bought the pulley, and how much they paid for it.
I'm pretty sure that given the instructions and initial details we were all given when we bought the pulley, and how the instructions and applications for the pulley changed drastically once we received them (on top of that, the fact that we aren't even given the opportunity for a refund after this information changes) there should be no problem getting a case together.
I paid 175 bux for mine, and supposedly have 30 bux in credit (which I will probably never see).
