Aight, i am ready to be flammed. But since i am sort-a new to the honda tunning thing (been tuning vw and audis for the past few years..)

WHAT DOES THIS DO???

Is this similar to getting a turbo chip installed on a car? Similar to a Jet Chip or a Neuspeed p-chip???

Will this lil gadget add some ***** to my ride (2003 ex 5-speed)?

IF SO I THINK I WILL BE IN THE GROUP BUY AS WELL!!!!

How much (estimated) HP do you guys think it will give? Anything in the 10-15 range? If all it's doing is messing with the VTEC so you feel a surge.. then I don't think it's worth it. I really hope it DOES something.

It's more than just adjusting the vtec engagement...This is probably the best mod for our cars (other than FI) as long as you have it dyno tuned from a certified APEXi tuner. You could be looking at maybe 10-15whp on a well modded car. You also need to do all the things (performance wise) to your car before tuning the VAFC II. As far as the CEL light, the VAFC II will be compatiable with the D and K series engines so, NO MORE CEL!!! YAY!!!. I hope this "sheds some light" on the concerns of the VAFC II!!!

Hey, 315 on ebay...
I thought of an installation spot, what do you guys think
in the cup holder but not over the cup holders...I was thikning of cutting out a rectangle hole sanding it and smoothing it to look good and installing the vafc so you could still open the cupholder and the vafc wouldn't be in the way for cups..

u mean the center driver side air vent? that sounds cool. def post the pics!.. now that i think about it.. it seems like the perfect shape, kinda small and rectangle.
