I totaly agree on the K-series swap because everything from the rsx matches up and swapping a b-series u have to change everything. ect

OMG Rob is back! Cool! Also Leslie great chice to go with the K20A2, I may someday as well, who knows. Eitherway, I seem to keep getting close to all the money for the kit and then Connie needs to dip into the funds, again. So, I guess my new resolution is simple, lol. There were huge import meets at the Hamburger Stand in Lakewood this summer, but it got broken up by the cops cuz idiot teenagers couldnt handle themselves responsibly(i.e. doing burnouts, revving engines, racing down union blvd.) Im sure there will be meets as the weather warms up. The Civic Si owners usually have sunday night meets at Red & Jerry's in Littleton. Check out ColoradoEP3.com for details or PM FattyMcJ. I'm sure some 7thgen people show up to that too. Anyways we hope to see you around sometime!!

During the winter the EP3 guys (SI's) meet a Red&Jerry's on SanteFe and Oxford in Englewood, CO....around 8pm EVERY sunday night.

There's a few 7thgen's that show up, but they're few and far between. There's one 6thgen that shows up on a regular basis, and a few DC5's (RSX's) that show up regularly too.

By the way, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a bodyshop in the Denver metro area. I just scratched up my front end pretty bad and I wanted to just order an aftermarket front end instead of dealing with trying to fix my stock one. Im leaning towards Octane r-34, buddy club v.3, or R33 omega. I have no idea what sites to order through, or shops to go to, so any input would be appreciated.

Yeah I went when I was in town, wasn't bvad at all and it was great to see Tai and Patrick again. Yeah the Frenchy (Julian) has the EK but he just starting, eitherway its nice.

Well....it feels that way.

In case you were wondering here's how it went down....

I was leaving my girlfriend's house at about 12 noon on Saturday Feb. 12th. She beat me to the car and stopped dead in her tracks just before she could open her passenger side door.

I asked what was wrong, thinking maybe sombody had keyed the side of it, when she said, "Babe...your window is broken."

My heart sank....

Here's what I saw as I rounded the vehicle:










Well...as you can see, my day was ruined.

"They" took my digital camcorder ($800.00 value), all my CD's ($10 value...all burnt from mp3's), and an old Xmas present that was wrapped waiting for Molly's friend that she hadn't seen in a while ($20.00 value). Fortunately for me, I'm not into sound stuff, so a stock stereo is all the had to choose from, and didn't take.

The part that hurts the most though, is not the loss of property, not the fact that I now have to replace my window, none of that...

It's that I COULD HAVE STOPPED THEM!!!

I woke up around 2:30am that night to a car alarm going off outside the house. I didn't think anything of it because I 1) Didn't think it could happen to me, 2) I didn't think the car HAD an alarm like that and 3) I was too tired to check.

I COULD HAVE STOPPED THE ****ERS!!!! GOD DAMN IT!!!! : evil :

Oh well...I guess in the end, they really didn't get anything I cared too much about, like the $600.00 diamond ring that was in the "secret compartment" under the cup holders that was hidden from my g/f for V-day....and they didn't take the actual car. So all in all, I guess I was lucky....sort of. :roll:

Lesson to all.....IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU TOO!!

Aw man Jason, I'm sorry to hear that. It is really funny though because you arent the interior mod kind of guy, and I'll bet "they" were extremely disappointed. Also, thank god for that hidden storage compartment in the Si's that really saved your butt. Hope replacing that window is easy enough, and I hope you get it done before it snows tomorrow.

They did such a lame job too. They broke the window right above the lock and then just pulled it up. They could have at least broken into your car with a little bit of class, and showed some respect for you in doing so. Grr now you have me thinking of moving my battery to the trunk, and getting a security alarm.

Your car already HAS an alarm. Mine does too...it's a new thing for Honda's. heh...lotta good THAT did me.

If the door is opened w/o the use of a key fob or key, the alarm goes off. It sounds just like when you hit the panic button and shuts off after about an hour or so.

OMG I didn't see that. My heart goes out to you seriously, omg. Thats why I even put the stock alarm in my car. It doesn't come in it but you can buy it weird. If there is anything I can do tell me man. jeez

Sorry to hear about the break in Jason. I'm still stuck out here in Germany waiting for the tracks to open so I can go play. We just had 4 inches of snow the other day so it could be a few more weeks.

Got my new coilovers and sway bars on the way from Progress racing so we'll see how that goes. Then I've just got to get some new tread. Kumho has a regional center 15 minutes away so I can probably get a good deal on some Ecstas.
