Hello Folks,

I'm new to this forum and looking forward to be part of this community. I recently purchased a track car a 1994 EG CX. I want to make it a bit more daily friendly. There is this annoying knocking sound coming from the rear suspension area. I jacked up the car and pin pointed the issue. The previous owners installed a spherical ball bearing on the trailing arm and is making that thud sound when going over bumps.

Does anyone have any insight on where I can get a replacement bearing?
Can just the bearings be replaced?
Is it normal to have a bit of up and down play?

Worst case I can replace them with K-Tuned bearings.

That's what I'm trying to do today. But from what I have found ESM Racing is no longer in business and the link I shared above is just a reseller. They also don't ship to Canada which sucks.

Or just put normal/aftermarket bushings in it.

I might just have to get slightly better bushings than OEM. Perhaps the K-Tuned ones.
