Hello! Im having an issue with my 89 civic. I'm getting fuel.. I'm getting spark(not sure it's enough to start it) I'm thinking it might be an issue with my spark.. I've replace wires and plugs as well as ICM... it started out having problems with being tough to start and once I turned if off it wouldn't start again...another thing I noticed is that a good portion of my fuses under the dash aren't testing as ..When it was starting I found having the gas pedal to to floor would help.. if anyone has aby insight on what it might be I'd appreciate the help...really need my car for work..

Meaning a bunch of fuses are bad? That could cause some issues.

It's not a bunch bad fuses, I checked them with a meter and just to be sure I even put some new ones in and same problem.

Make sure plug wires are on right Check firing order on distributor.
