'94 civic b16a wont start. Need help troubleshooting.
Last Halloween, I decided to park my civic in the backyard so no one would mess with it. I was low on gas, but it was running when I parked it. The next day when I tried starting it up, it would only run for a few seconds then cut out. I put some gas in it, but that didn't help. It would start and sputter, then die. After messing with it some more, it wouldn't start at all.
I've tried changing the spark plugs and checking the distributor, but those seem to be fine. I also checked the timing to make sure it didn't jump a tooth or something, but that seems to be lined up perfectly.
I've been broke for a long time, so I can't afford to take it into a shop. I'm not sure what to try next that would be inexpensive.
If anyone's got any ideas I'd greatly appreciate it.
