1995 Civic Ex, engine won't turn over
About 10 months ago I had this issue where the engine wouldn't turn over. Given 1-2 minutes after non-start and I would hear this hum, like something is sliding, and then a click. Once that transpired, the engine would turn over like normal. This went on for several weeks and then I ceased hearing that hum-click and I couldn't get the engine to turn. The battery was completely fine, had it checked. I had the Vtec solenoid replaced and it seemed to work fine again. Now, 10 months later, the same story is replaying. For 2-3 weeks I was getting non-starts, but if I gave it a couple minutes, I'd hear that hum and click and then I could start. Now nothing. Battery is fine.

VTEC solenoid wouldn't have anything to do with it.
Starter is probably shot, Should do some testing before you throws starter at it though
