95 civic motor

I just bought a 95 civic ex about a week ago. Trying to find out what motor it has in it. I know its not the original but it is a 16valve sohc. How do I tell if it is a 1.5 or a 1.6L. Any help would be great.

Re: 95 civic motor

just below the coolant inlet opening on the engine block is a stamp DXXXX, it might be covered in oil.
